We ship our products Australia wide, with free delivery to East Coast metro areas. Free delivery areas include suburban Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra and Newcastle. Shipping includes insurance for products that are lost or damaged in transit.
In stock items are usually despatched the next business day and deliveries are made Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Next available date on out of stock items is subject to change and stock information is updated daily.
Our couriers offer a door-to-door service and cannot provide a precise time of the day for delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery. If you’re not available to accept goods on the day of delivery, your order will be left unattended in a safe place or may be returned to a collection point and delivery will be deemed to have been made, ending shipping insurance coverage and neither Mayfield Lighting nor our couriers can be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to your item.
In stock and made to order products are available for collection from our Melbourne warehouse by prior arrangement during warehouse hours 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-1pm Friday.

Online Change of Mind Returns
Purchases of stock lines from mayfieldlighting.com.au are backed by our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. To receive a refund for change of mind, the following conditions apply.
• Notify us in writing via email@example.com
• Items must be In a saleable condition and in its original packaging
• Item/s must not have been installed, altered or damaged
• Returned to our Melbourne warehouse within 14 days of delivery at the cost of the customer
Custom and made to order lamp shades, pendant lighting and wall light fittings are not eligible for a change of mind refund.
If you’d like to return your purchase for change of mind, please contact us with your order or invoice number via firstname.lastname@example.org and return your goods to the address below. Once our warehouse has received your goods, they will be checked against our returns policy and a refund will be paid within 7 days.
Outlet Store Returns
We do not accept change of mind returns for items purchased from our outlet store. In purchasing from our outlet store, the customer acknowledges that items may have minor faults (dents, scratches, surface blemishes).
If your ordered product proves to be faulty, please contact us about a warranty claim via email@example.com with a description and photos of the issue. Many of our products are hand crafted and hand finished to provide a unique look. Natural imperfections are to be expected and each piece may be different and vary over time with exposure to light and use. These imperfections cannot be used as reason for a warranty claim.
Mayfield is committed to honouring its obligations of law and providing you with an appropriate remedy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. Except where the purchase is from our outlet store, you are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All Mayfield Lighting products are covered by a 12 month warranty beginning from the date of invoice. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, excluding customer supplied fabrics, provided the products are used with a voltage supply within the range the product is designed to operate, are assembled and installed correctly by qualified personnel where required and have not been altered or subject to misuse.

Mayfield Lighting reserve the right to repair, replace or credit a warranty claim at their discretion. Proof of purchase will be required and we may need to assess the product to determine whether or not you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If this is the case, the consumer will be responsible for the costs of getting the product back to our Melbourne warehouse.
Our warranties policy does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage arising from improper assembly or modification
• Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
• Damage to product packaging only
• Damage occurring during your own method of transportation (booking your own courier)
• Insignificant minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish
• Insignificant superficial, minor or natural material imperfections
